Mr Bun The Baker

This picture is taken from Mr Bun The Baker's very simple website. Interestingly, it talks of “50 years in the UK and the USA”. It would be nice to find out if there is a US counterpart to this British branch in Shropshire, or whether Mr Bun The Baker simply spent some time working stateside.
The website sets out a wide product range, including traditional cakes and pies, freshly ground coffee, cappucino, espresso, milkshakes and "even sugar mice!"
It's good to know sugar mice are still available in a traditional context, rather than a deliberately kitsch retro-store. They are made almost entirely from icing sugar with a bit of egg white, so are not a healthy treat. Add in the potential choking hazard of the string tail and the same idea might not make it to product launch today.
The site explains that the shop is open “8.30 – 5.00pm six days a week with seasonal opening on Sundays subject to the weather”.
The name 'Mr Bun The Baker' may have been inspired by the card game Happy Families, which had a well-established 'Mr X the Y' formula.
The Google Street View image shows three people entering the front door, which may be an indication of Mr Bun The Baker's current (currant?*) popularity.
* No, current.
