There is something quite melancholy and poetic about the telephone box situated directly outside Mr Mobile.

At first, one wonders whether the relationship is awkward, maybe even hostile – especially considering the way Mr Mobile towers over his anachronistic companion.

But then the smiley face on Mr Mobile's signage can be read as an olive branch. There's a place in this world for both of us, it seems to say. We're on the same side, just trying to help people communicate.

Perhaps one could even think of them as relations: a son grown taller and stronger than his father, but deep down still craving his approval more than anything else in the world.

Such poetic musings aside, Mr Mobile's smiley logo appears to be 'inspired' by our own blog signage. Mr Lawyer will be contacting them shortly.
