Mr Coffee
Various locations in London
I must admit I was rather glad to see Mr Coffee this morning.
This is the biography that appears on Mr Coffee's website:
Mr. Coffee was born in Sicily 37 years ago and has run the gauntlet of London's catering industry for years, working anywhere from Claridge's Hotel to Pizza Express. He set up his small, but perfectly formed mobile Italian cafe, because he was sick of not finding a decent espresso in London – even though our Capital is currently awash with coffee chains.
A very fine mission in life.
Mr Coffee can be found regularly at Brick Lane Market (every Sunday), the corner of Bishopsgate and Brushfield Street, outside Stratford Station, in St Mary’s Church EC1, and in Paddington (at the new Broadgate development).
Mr Coffee's strapline is "He's so frothy" – a pleasing half-rhyme that emphasises a key product benefit.
Mr Coffee is pictured here shortly post-sneeze. Bless you!
